The double room had a lovely view of the garden, and the breakfast with cereal and fruit was delightful, plus the location is convenient near the garden and the New Forest.

Incredibly beautiful hotel located near to Lymington very close, a beautiful area and coast line. Enjoyable and sensational breakfast for the start of the day with delicious home made bread and jams, for example. Fantastic and gorgeous room with tv and wi-fi. Great and super location in a perfect setting, and 15 minute walk from Apple Court Garden and Nursery.

The place was clean and I really enjoyed my stay, taking just a 20-minute walk to the nearby bus stop.

The unit was spotless and luxurious with a comfortable decor. I enjoyed the view of the garden from my window. the location was peaceful and convenient, just a short distance from everywhere. the staff was extremely friendly and provided wake-up calls and ironing services free of charge.

We didn't feel like leaving, can just recommend. Have spent our 2 nights here lovely, it was just what we had hoped for. the location was marvellous and lovely, to everything in the New Forest, it's a plus.

We really liked this place and definitely plan on coming back. the room we had was nice and clean, and we especially enjoyed the double bed. the breakfast here was awesome, with a good selection of cereals and fruits. 🥤 It was tasty and we loved the fresh juices they offered.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carol and Alan's B&B. the daily homemade treats like chocolate fudge cake and lemon drizzle were a highlight. Plus, the breakfast options were fantastic, with different homemade breads every day. As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the privacy we had when needed. Carol was also incredibly helpful, suggesting places to visit and genuinely interested in our experiences. the location was perfect for exploring both the coast and the forest.

We felt truly welcomed into the family at Carol and Alan's B&B. We have no complaints whatsoever.
